Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  1. Standard Shipping:

    • Delivery within 5-7 business days.

    • Flat rate shipping cost calculated at checkout.

  2. Express Shipping:

    • Delivery within 2-3 business days.

    • Additional charges apply.

  3. International Shipping:

    • Delivery times vary depending on destination.

    • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. For free shipping promotions, details will be clearly outlined on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within Canada, USA and Mexico

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@lectronradio.com with photos of the damage.

  • For lost shipments, please allow up to 7 business days for carrier investigation before a resolution is provided.
