30-Day Return Policy
At Hendo LED, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

  2. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

  3. Certain products, including customized items or sale items, may not be eligible for return. These exclusions will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at sales@hendoled.ca to initiate a return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or there was an error in the order.

  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your product.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the return is due to a defective product or order error, we will cover all shipping costs.

Exchanges

  • If you need an exchange, follow the same return process. Once the returned item is received, we will ship the replacement product promptly.
